CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION + LATE POLICY | POLÍTICA DE CANCELACIÓN Y LLEGADAS TARDE To respect appointment times and provide the best experience for all clients, we kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Out of respect for scheduled clients, arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling and will be treated as a late cancellation/no-show. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 50% of the reserved service.
